  5. (1) I'd like to reserve some opcode ranges for Fcntls. 'C' << 8 for
  6.     CD-ROMs and 'T' << 8 for Streamers. Of course the Fcntl functions
  7.     will be similar/identical to *nix equivalents. Any problems with
  8.     that? If not, I'll post a header file sometime next week.

  10. (2) Can we reserve a semaphore ID for TT-SCSI, Eric? Proposal: _NCR.
